Family Karate Center of Camp Lejeune is a member of
the Universal
Martial Arts Association and teaches with the emphasis on "Character
Development", not just martial arts ability. Our Instructors
have been successful in helping students of all ages and abilities
to discover the benefits of martial arts training for themselves.
Sempai Ryuji Williams is a strong believer in the traditions of martial
arts, respect, discipline and loyalty.
In the past two years Family Karate Center, Inc. students have won
13 National Grand Championships and 7 State Championships as well
as numerous other local and regional championships in martial arts
competitions.
The Family Karate Center of Camp Lejeune was founded on the principles
of teaching excellence, positive role models, and a rich tradition
of Okinawan Karate.
Our Instructors will provide you with the most complete and effective
methods to reach your full potential. Family Karate Center of Camp
Lejeune is more than just martial arts and self defense. It is by
far the most comprehensive and exciting martial arts program in our
area.
All classes are taught by Sempai Ryuji Williams who
has been training in Okinawan karate since he was 4 years old. He
was awarded his Black Belt in Okinawa in 1999 and was promoted to
3rd Degree Black Belt in 2007.

Parents may stay and watch their children train or drop them off and
come back an hour later to pick them up after they have completed
their class.
