Shihan Williams currently volunteers his mentoring
skills on Wednesday nights. He retired from active teaching in
September 2004 upon his retirement from the US Marine Corps.

- Began teaching Shorin Ryu in 1991 under Grand Master Fusei Kise
in Okinawa, Japan.
- Lived and trained in various martial arts in Okinawa, Japan

- 2003 World Karate Union Hall of Fame Regional Competitor of
the Year.
- 2005 American Martial Arts Alliance Hall of Fame inductee for
Weapons Competitor of the Year.
- 2007 Inducted into the UMAA Hall of Fame as Fighter of the Year
for Black Belts 18-34 Years old.
